Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got interview through OCR and was interviewed by alumni. She asked bunch of questions about my resume, what I knew about JP Morgan, and questions about the market/current events. Can easily prepare by knowing about four or five big events that are affecting the market or happened in the past year. Also asked me how I thought the market would do this year.
