First attended an on campus networking event, emailed the recruiter a little bit, and got in contact with an alumni I knew at the firm. Got an on campus first round interview, then asked if I was open to going to my second choice office because first was filled. After saying yes, was then invited to do a final round interview with the hiring director over Skype, because I wasn't local to the office. About 3 week in between interviews, then 3 week to hear the decision. They fly you down to the office for a visit after extending an offer.
