Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a very positive, extremely thorough process. The questions were very technical and ran the gambit from DCF to LBO to Accretion / dilution questions. This was on top of the basic questions (i.e. Why investment banking, Why this firm, Why not the buyside right away). Additionally, the accounting questions were complex as well, requiring knowledge of DTAs, DTLs, gains / losses on the sale of assets, and NOLs.
