Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online. Invited to standard online numerical test following initial screening. Telephone interview was a conference call with 2 analysts; highly technical and included motivational questions. Final-round assessment centre involved a group exercise, a very challenging case study (>200 pages of material to cover in 30 mins), group case study discussion followed by an individual presentation to a panel of 2 senior professionals. The AC concluded with two 1-to-1 interviews with Directors, with competency, motivational, technical and brainteaser questions.
