Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two one on one phone interviews. The interviews are very technical, with great emphasis on DCF. Started with some behaviorals such as walk me through your resume, strength, weakness, teamwork experience as well as leadership. Even though most of the technical questions are very difficult, the interviewer were very helpful and walked you through the entire process, trying to help you to get the right answer. Very positive experience overall.
