Interview Details

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Visited NYC office on school sponsored trip.
Applied through school's career services with resume and cover letter.
First Round:
on campus (approx. 30min)
conducted by an analyst and associate
behavioral and very technical
know prototypical accounting question (buy machine with debt, what are the effects of 3 statements)
brainteasers (angle between clock hands & one car going 60mph gets 5min headstart, how long until car going 70mph catches up)
Super Day:
at NYC office
5-6 30min interviews (1-on-1 or 2-on-1).
behavioral and very technical
but no brainteasers
you will not be able to regurgitate for technicals
technicals are questions that they know you don't know but want to see you think through them and figure it out
Culture:
nice people, everyone seems to get along well, but seemed nerdy and full of themselves
