Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got interview through school/group of schools process. Had talked to 5 or 6 school alums. First-round consisted of 2 interviews, asked TMAY, why EVR, and to walk through a recent deal in both interviews, then got right into technicals. Lots of merger, accretion/dilution, and more qualitative concepts-based questions. Didn't get a superday--contact at the firm gave me a call a few days after the interview to tell me I got rejected but still haven't gotten anything official from HR 3 weeks later. Superdays are happening right now, so 3 weeks after first rounds.
