Strong mentorship connection with a first-year analyst in the group from my school (knew him when I was a freshman and he was a senior). The analyst helped introduce me to several other analysts within the firm. When apps opened, applied online and the rest were standard --> had an analyst reach out for first round --> scheduled for a virtual superday due to COVID. First round took about 40 minutes. The superday was 2hrs with 4 rounds (2 associates + 1 VP + 1 MD).
