Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied as diversity, received scheduling within a month. Scheduled and had a Zoom first round within a week. Relatively easy first round consisting roughly 15 minutes of behaviorals and 15 minutes of medium-hard technicals. Receieved a superday by the end of the week. Superday consisted of several back-to-back 30 minute interviews with both juniors and seniors; those were relatively similar to the first round. The people seemed serious about their work and fairly intellectual, and it seemed that people worked very hard but generally enjoy it.
