Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had applied on my school's career website. They took a total of 26 first round interviews. Each first round interview took place on campus, and you were interviewed for 30 minutes by two of the firm's employees, usually one of which was on the school's recruiting team. They then selected 8 of these students to move on to super days, which took place at the company's office. The Super Days were 6 interviews long, ranging from Analysts to the firm's Partners.
The Super Day was a mix of typical first round style interviews, a case study interview, a technical interview, and a purely fit interview.
