Applied online but also had an employee referral (MD in ECM in NY). Was originally contacted after a recruiter from Wiser, interviewed with them, and was rejected after first round (which was 30ish mins and mostly behavioural). Was then contacted again by Wiser about a month later, was un-rejected and interviewed again - 2nd round was an hour and still mostly behavioural but with some light technicals. Was invited to AC after 2nd round, which consisted of a maths test, group presentation/case study, and two 1-on-1 interviews (I had one with a director and one with a VP). Had another offer expiring the day after the AC, so called to ask for a decision ASAP and got the offer that day.
