Summer Analyst

The first round was a 1-hour interview consisting of behavioral and technical questions. It included concepts such as multi-step accounting, valuation, and accretion/dilution math. Had another offer and got expedited to super day in person which had 4 different interviews with 3 MDs and 1 VP. It was behavioral, accounting, and very technical heavy in general. Got the offer the night of the Super Day. Big focus on critical thinking and depth of responses especially during the more technical portions of the interview as follow-ups were asked multiple times to see how far in-depth your understanding of the subject matter was
