Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone screening in fall semester of sophomore year. Round 1 interview in January of my sophomore year. Superday in person (consisting of 4 back to back interviews) was early February on my sophomore year. This was for Evercore Menlo Park. People were really nice and seniors seem like they care about their analysts and associates. Phone screening was just a conversation. R1 was very technical, with Merger Math and Advanced Accounting questions. Superday was 30% behavioral, 40% industry specific technical and 30% regular IB technical.
