Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was definitely more technical than any other banks. In my superday of 4 rounds, 1 round was behavoiral while the rest were all technical. In terms of technical, it was the standard IB Guides just a bit more nuanced/longer accounting technicals. I was also asked a full business case-styled question where I was comparing two business models.
