Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Met the analysts at an on campus event. Very nice and smart people. Followed up and offered a first round. Had one analyst I didn't know interview me, very sharp guy. The people I knew were in the room, off camera. Behaviorals were important, but I stumbled on two technicals. Would be a great office to work at, all of their second year analysts signed on to continue rather than leaving.
