Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was a case study in which I had to pick from a bucket of companies, spread the comps, come up with valuation multiples, and then apply them to value the company.
Afterwards, I had to do a simple DCF for the company, had to ask for assumptions, and eventually value the company.
Also had a lot of accounting questions including the M&I Apple depreciation question with shifting assumptions, DCF mid year discounting, and had to do a simple discount without a calculator.
You also need to have a really strong WHY EVERCORE.
