Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very straight forward phone interview that lead to a superday. Gotta know your basics and you have to be crisp. Ramble on and they will make sure that you know you spoke too long or mistepped. None of the BS behaviorals like "tell me about a time when..", focused more on having a conversation, hearing your background, poking at your resume with questions, and then getting into valuation-heavy questions, along the lines of "lets pick a company that you are interested in...." moving into, "how would you think about.... -open ended valuation question-..."
