Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process in general was very smooth. Had the first-round interview over the phone with two analysts. Pretty simple, just a couple of behavioral questions but mostly technical and market-facing questions. Got the call back for a superday a week later. The superday was almost all behavioral, three interviews with directors, and one with an associate.
