Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was called on the phone by someone from HR for a quick 15 minute phone interview, was then invited to pass a language and numerical test, then had a 45-50 minute phone interview that was quite technical and was finally invited to the assessment center with 7 other candidates where we had a group case exercise in the morning and 2 individual interviews with directors and MD's in the afternoon.
