1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went through the process with Evercore at one of its core school. Virtually everyone would get an interview. The interview was 1 on 1 and about 30 minutes long. Very standard (surprisingly). Half behavioral and half technicals. The technicals were so easy that you just read the first 2 pages from each section on MI 400 guide, you would be fine. Too bad I was not selected.
