Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I participated in the pre-MBA recruiting process, which was highly structured and well-coordinated by HR, facilitating all interactions with bankers. The process began in May, with first-round interviews occurring in early June and Super Day being held before July 4th. The first round consisted of two one-on-one interviews with a VP and an associate. The Super Day included five one-on-one interviews with three VPs and two MDs. The questions were fairly standard throughout the process.
