Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a really stressful process. Starts with coffee chats. You never know whether you’re cut or in the process. Then got an invite for dinner and finally an interview invite. During the interview I had a technical difficulty but things went well. The bank has not responded if I have gotten cut or not while my other friends did hear about it. Would really appreciate if banks could call candidates and tell them that they’re no more in the process rather than contributing to the already building anxiety of students.
