Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They bring you in on a Thursday for a first round interview in person. If selected to move on, they then brought you in on Friday for the Super Day. Got a call with the offer the same day a couple of hours after my Super Day. First round was very fit based - they asked why DB, why S&T, and if I had an opinion about the U.S. equity markets. Really enjoyed my first round interviewers.
Super Day was a lot more intense and they were looking to see if you truly had an interest in the markets.
