Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There were only two positions open since it was a very small group 10-15 total in Seattle. They only posted it at one school, but due to a prior internship in audit, I was made aware of the opening by the recruiter. They kept my audit offer open past the deadline while I interviewed in the new group until I heard the final decision. Interview was one day with 4 half hour meetings with 1 partner, 2 senior managers and one manager. Lunch in the middle with 2 of the associates. Everything was behavioral, no technical skills questions at all.
