Summer Associate Intern

After passing through virtual cover letter screening, I was invited to a first round virtual interview with 2 Associates in the division I applied for. After this I was invited to attend an in person super day in New York. At the Super day I interviewed with 4 different teams that interact with the Relationship Management & Sales group in the New York office. Interviews consisted of several introspective questions relating to fit in the group and my understanding of the firm's business. Investment thesis were asked for and I was required to describe an investment strategy or recent market occurrence and how that could affect the firm's clients.
