Please describe the interview / hiring process.
At target school for this firm. Submitted application and was contacted by analyst from my school who interviewed me in the first round. After advancing, moved on to superday (four 30 minute interviews back to back).
Interviews were all mix of typical behavioral questions (tell me about yourself, why Evercore, situational behaviorals), guide technicals (most were just re-adapted from the BIWS guides), and talk about a trend/walk me through an M&A deal
