What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was conducted through OCR. Their were two interviewers in the first round, and both were very nice. One was a senior analyst (2nd year at the firm), and the other was an associate. The entire interview was very behavioral, and was basically a 30 minute conversation between 3 people. The perception from the office was that they are very collegial and friendly. This firm interviewed around 30 people, and ended up taking 2 in the end. A piece of advice would be to network with students that will be going BACK to the firm after graduation
