Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial interview happened on campus and it was behavioral based. The questions were all geared in the format of STAR and the interview lasted for about an hour. I was offered a site interview a week later and went to a site to interview. Site interview consisted of 5 different interviews all of them had different aspects they evaluated. Team work, technical skills, fit, and leadership skills.
