Interview
Applied through campus recruiting at a non-target. Had a one on one interview with an alumni that lasted an hour and was as all behavioral questions. Received an email inviting me to the Houston Campus, flew me out, took me out to dinner the night before with your "day host." This was just getting to sit down in a casual setting with somebody you weren't interviewing with. The next day consisted of 3 interviews, all one hour each. Two of these were behavioral and one was technical - the technical interview consisted of questions related to the industry, accounting, and corporate finance.
Interview Questions
There wasn't any unexpected or too difficult of questions... understand accounting and the industry and you should be fine.

Interview
Online form followed by Online Numerical/Personality test. Skype interview focusing on competency questions, followed by face to face interview at the Site, mainly competency again with a technical question.
Interview Questions
Technical question - if the quality of the highest volatility product in the top product stream of a distillation column was lower than plan and you wanted to increase it, how would you do this?

After providing my first solution I was asked for an alternative solution.

This was a fairly standard technical question looking to test your basic distillation column knowledge, a difference from what was taught at university is they expected you to talk about the actual effect on units, eg rather than saying "reduce temperature at top of tower", they were looking for "increase cooling flow to condenser to increase cooling duty"
