Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through campus recruiting at a non-target. Had a one on one interview with an alumni that lasted an hour and was as all behavioral questions. Received an email inviting me to the Houston Campus, flew me out, took me out to dinner the night before with your "day host." This was just getting to sit down in a casual setting with somebody you weren't interviewing with. The next day consisted of 3 interviews, all one hour each. Two of these were behavioral and one was technical - the technical interview consisted of questions related to the industry, accounting, and corporate finance.
