Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

1st round: video conference with screen-share, SQL coding + product management questions (should we add a new feature or not, how to test?)

Interview Questions

Nothing really unexpected, but a lot of pushing - interviewer is trying to see how well you do under pressure.

For both parts, ask clarifying questions before start typing responses on screen (coding) or rambling off, remember to make sure your understanding of the use case is on the same page as the interviewer's.

It is very important to "think out loud".

For the sql part, remember to explain your code as you go along. It is OK to silent for a while to reach to a solution, but you have to keep communication with your interviewer about your logic as you type.
