1st step was a phone interview with a VP. This was mostly fit / background stuff but there were some technicals.

2nd step was in-office with the rest of the team (2 MDs). This was more on fit. Why Boston, Why tech, etc.

3rd step: after the in-person interviews I had to send them a writing sample as well as a modeling sample

4th step: get drinks with the whole team. Just conversational / personality type interview step
