Interview
For all the business insurance department, 3 step standard interview process:

1. Phone Interview. HR screened resumes and call you for scheduling interviews. Phone interview was a typical personal info collecting process, questions like when you can started working, relocation willingness, salary expectation, visa issues or things like that, and some of your previous professional experience, but very basic.

2. online tests. Including numerical testing and logic test. 2 tests. Standard difficulty. Harder than those GRE, GMAT numerical test but easier than online test I got from companies like Capital one or Deloitte.

3. On-site interview. Usually four managers/senior analysts if for juniors positions. ALL behavior related questions. To me I feel this is really a step for manager to see if you like you or not.....
Interview Questions
Location specific: why would you wanna to work in such a not-so-fancy place, and you are an international student. (I heard people complaining about being reject in answering this question wrong, I also hear manager chatting on this question)
Be prepare on online test; I work here so I know they have a formula to combine test scores and set benchmark. sounds usual...just make sure you prepare.

Interview
First had a phone screening with a recruiter. She asked basic fit questions, "Why Farmers?" etc. Most of it consisted of data verification, GPA and the like. Called in 2 weeks later to interview at headquarters and had an interview with a senior analyst, and a VP of finance. This interview was 100% fit questions. They asked why I majored in finance, why I chose the school I attended, what I had planned in terms of a career, etc, etc.
