Interview consisted of approximately 3 rounds.

Round 1 -

The questions asked were general about the Federal Reserve System and some simple "what-if" scenarios. Interviewer was gauging interest and overall passion for the position and the Federal Reserve System as a whole.

Round 2 -

This interview was with two active analysts who asked about your technical capabilities; excel and pivot tables were stressed. This interview was more technical than the first, but these analysts also wanted to know if you would be a culture fit within their program.

Round 3 -

A follow up interview on any remaining questions. Nothing too technical; once again wanted to gauge interest in the position and knowledge of the markets.
