Got to know them through Bright Network's 'Women in Leadership' Programme. Received personalised email notifying me that applications were open. First CV stage (no cover letter), then two online assessments. Both untimed, some quantitative calculations (percentage), some textual understanding and problem solving. Final round online assessment centre. Met other candidates, morning strengths based interview ('tell me about a time when you...'), then stockpitch. Our stock was Netflix, everyone received the same stock. 2h20 min research time, 20 minute presentation on stocks, and ten minutes on whether to buy bonds. Panel of three people.
