Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First stage is uploading CV online. Second stage is doing an online situational judgement test which puts you through various workplace scenarios and asks you to rank certain responses. This also blends in some numerical questions. Next stage is a video interview consisting of the following questions: 1) While working at Fidelity International, what will be your primary motivation? 2) What specific knowledge and skills do you hope to develop at Fidelity International? 3) What might be the consequences of not delivering to deadlines at Fidelity International? 4) Working in investment, we cannot be correct all the time. How do you typically respond when you make a mistake? 5) Imagine you had to make an investment decision without having all the information needed. What would you do?. Final stage is an assessment centre.
