Phone Screen with Recruiter: Very introductory, what IB and basic behavorials.
About a month later I got a phone call saying I was invited for the super day (no 1 on 1 I guess)
Mix of behavioral and technical questions
a) How does $10 depreciation affect the financial statements
b) Walk me through the 3 financial statements
c) What is EBITDA? Why is it important?
d) Difference between Financial and Strategic Buyer
e) what is an example of an add on to an Ebitda multiple for a valuation
