Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was with an recruiter asking you behavioral questions, then after it was a superday if you got it. I had two 2-on-1 interviews with analysts and associates. Both maybe 30 mins - 1 hour long. Both technical in nature asking questions such as what is the equation to get to UFCF and LFCF, walk me through a DCF, explain attributes of an LBO, and etc.
