Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial telephone interview with an associate. They asked general valuation questions how would you value a business, DCF, comps etc. all very basic. This was followed by a super day of 4 interviews and a lunch with analysts with the lunch being used for a "fit" assessment. The super day consisted of 2 interviews with directors and 2 with VPs. The directors asked general fit questions, why FTP, whats you're previous experience etc. The VPs focused on techincals such as how depreciation flows the the financial statements. VPs also asked a couple of brain teasers which were relatively straight forward.
