Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Spoke to an alumni who worked there first, then I was referred to another associate who gave me a phone interview. After the phone screen was invited for a superday in January of 2015. They're honestly only looking for people that want to do investment banking and want to do fintech. This space is very niche and they're proud of being in it - that said, the questions they ask were just about interests and very behavioral. I didn't think it was a difficult process at all, great people - seem to have very elite backgrounds.
