I reached out via email to enquire about internship opportunities, which led to a very light phone interview and an online behavioral quiz. Within a week of that conversation I was invited to come visit the office, which was my super day (that occurred two or three weeks after the phone call based on mutual availability). I interviewed with roughly 5 people, ranging from analysts to MDs. It was mostly behavioral--the firm is relatively small and they socialize together a lot, so they really want to be sure they're going to enjoy having you around, and that you take the opportunity seriously. I heard back very quickly from them with my internship offer (within a week), and was given 2 weeks to respond.
