Overall, the interview was quite technical and asked very specific FinTech questions. They asked about deals they have completed and asked about overall interesting trends. Accounting and Valuation questions were 1 step harder than average, with a specific depreciation question and how it tracks through. The hardest part of the interview was they asked technical questions on my background to really test what I have done, and asked specific deal flow questions. In total, the interview is good for someone really knowledgeable and they will and can ask about anything so nothing to prepare for in specific.
