Overall it was a pretty straightforward process but it takes a long time. You start off with a 50 questions in 15 minutes IQ test. Then a couple weeks later a SparkHire interview which is a mix of "Why FT" but also technical questions like "How do you value a company with negative earnings". A couple weeks after that you could be asked to give times for two 1 on 1 interviews. Those were pretty technical but also they really want to know why you like the firm and investment banking. After that there is a super day with around 5 1 on 1 calls that are both technical and general. One of those is an hour long "Case Study" which asks you to go through a company and DCF (you don't need to build a model). If they like you after all of that then you speak to the CEO and maybe have a reference check. Overall, its a pretty long process.
