Investment Banking Summer Analyst

The first step I took was to reach out to alumni who work at the firm. After getting a response from one of the associates, we scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview was very informal and it just seemed like he was trying to get a feel for what type of guy I am. After the phone interview, which went well, I was scheduled for a second phone interview with one of the VPs. This phone interview was a little more formal. Rather than a simple conversation, it actually had some structure i.e. tell me about yourself, walk me through a comps analysis, what valuation methodology would you use for a pre-revenue company? After that, I was invited to the office for a super day in which I was interviewed by 4 people (analysts and associates). The interview was mostly behavioral and they threw in some brainteasers that you could find on any prep site.
