Summer Analyst

Applied back in November, did their online test in January, interviews began in March. Had an intial 30 minuite chat with HR to figure out the logistics and spoke about the timeline. First round was 2 30-minute interviews, one analyst and associate. Basic technical knowledge. Heard back about a superday a week later, which was 4 30-minute interviews back to back with 2 VPs, one analyst and one associate. Waited 2 weeks to hear back about a final round with the MD, mostly motivational and behavioral. All the people I've met were really nice and personable.

Only rating this experience as negative because HR was extremely slow to correspond with final hiring decisions which is unfortunate. At the time of interviewing I also had another offer elsewhere, and informed HR accordingly. Was told spots were filled by the end of May, at which point I have already decided a while ago to go with the offer that I had. Total process from application to finish was November-May. 7 months long, kind of bizarre.
