Summer Analyst

Submitted application through school careers page. Heard back two weeks later for scheduling a first round interview with an analyst. Was asked basic technicals, all from the 400 Questions, as well as some easy behavioral. Heard back about the superday a week later (though I mentioned I had other superdays lined up). Three rounds, with an analyst, a VP, and an MD. All were very nice and nothing surprising or difficult asked. Technicals with the analyst, again very easy. Light technicals with the VP, but mostly fit questions. Interview with MD was completely behavioral, mostly why IB, why FTP, etc. Received offer that afternoon from MD phone call, and official documents followed a couple days later. Overall smooth and easy process but not the quickest.
