Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, received online assessment + personality test fairly quickly. Within a week, submitted a HireVue, then got first round within 2 weeks. First round was 15 minute screen with an analyst, asked 3-4 basic questions about why IB, why FT, and a difficulty you faced at work. Got technical round email in less than a week after that. Technical round was 30 minutes with an analyst, fairly straightforward M&I 400 questions about accounting, valuation techniques, and DCF. Know more than 3 valuation methods and be prepared to walk the interviewer through them.
