Process began with email correspondence and transitioned into a phone interview. From there, an in-person interview was scheduled. This consisted of 1-on-1 airport test with one of the co-founders and was followed by more technical questions in a group interview. After this, I was presented a 20 minute 6-question brain teasers/IQ test. Then I was presented a 2-hour case study and financial modeling test. The candidate could choose between the quantitative (Excel) or qualitative (PowerPoint) option. The presentation of this test was fairly unorganized. I was given a slow running ThinkPad with low battery (had to stop mid-test to ask one of the analysts for a charger) and no mouse. Not sure if this was done intentionally to throw a wrench in the process and see how I reacted, but it certainly made things more difficult.
