Summer Intern

I first went through a resume and cover letter screening. Then I had a phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes and was all behavioral. I finally had an in-person meeting at the office where I had 4 back-to-back 30 minute interviews. Three of which were behavioral and the last was technical.

I originally didn't qualify since I am a Freshman and the position was meant for a Junior (rising Senior), but talked a staffer into considering my application. Everyone was very nice but at the end of the day they hired a rising Senior who wanted to work there after graduation and had verbally committed.
