Interview
Had a phone call interview. then had On Campus Recruiting with director. Didn't do a super day and instead did an in house interview with 4 different managers. Was offered Job week later.
Interview Questions
Didn't ask much about technical questions. Mainly was behavioral or fit based. The first interview was a bit rough as the director did not crack a single smile. Nothing was really difficult as they were all fit questions. Lot of talks regarding the firm and how the work flow works. How many members on a team and etc. Overall the interview process was daunting due to the time it took and the amount of interviews. However, the difficulty on interview was not hard at all as I've had longer interviews with case studies.
